The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.

EMHT recommends one massage treatment at least once a month. 

Yes, we offer prenatal massage for expecting mothers to help relieve stress and discomfort during pregnancy.

We offer full body, back and head only and feet and legs massage. 

You can book a session online through our website's booking system, or by calling or emailing our clinic directly. We also accept walk-ins based on availability.

During your first visit, you'll have filled out a health consultation form prior to your visit, we will discuss any specific concerns or goals. This helps us customise the session to your needs.

Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to relax. It’s also advisable to drink plenty of water before and after your session. 

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable but they count towards the price of your treatment.

Certain conditions such as fever, infections, recent surgeries, or skin conditions may require postponing your session. Always consult with your therapist if you have any health concerns. 

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is required at the time of treatment.

We adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All linens are freshly laundered, and surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between clients.

Yes, our therapist can customise your session to include different massage techniques based on your preferences and needs.

Your comfort is our priority. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please let your therapist know immediately so adjustments can be made.

EMHT is based inside The Chelmsford Skin Clinic, a few doors down from the Gym Group on New London Road.

We also offer mobile services, as needed by those that cannot travel to us or those with mobility issues. Please get in touch, if you require this service.
