Membership terms & conditions

Billing: Memberships are billed monthly via direct debit with a minimum 3-month commitment.
Usage: Treatments must be used within the month unless rolled over (see below). Missed or cancelled appointments without 48 hours' notice will be marked as redeemed.
Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Members receive priority booking options.
Rollovers: You may roll over 1 unused treatment to the following month. This rollover will expire if not used. Rollovers cannot be stacked or carried over multiple months.
Sharing Policy (Duo Subscriptions): Two treatments per month may be shared with one nominated person (must be declared at sign-up). Shared treatments must be booked under either the main member or the nominated sharer. Both sessions must be used within the same month.
Birthday Gift: Members receive a free 30-minute massage during their birthday month. Only valid during that month and subject to booking availability.
Treatment Discounts: The £10 discount on all other treatments applies only to the member and cannot be transferred or applied to discounted services.
Wellness Consultation: Members are entitled to 1 free 30-minute holistic consultation per year. Must be requested and booked in advance.
Goodie Bag: A welcome goodie bag is offered on first payment. Non-transferable and subject to stock availability.
Loyalty Rewards: Members receive a special reward every 6 months of continuous active membership.
Priority Booking: Members gain access to appointments before they are released to the public (via an exclusive early-access booking calendar).
Cancellations & Pausing: Memberships are non-refundable, even if treatments are not used. It is the member’s responsibility to book sessions within the valid period.
